Noll Werkstätten - furniture with an individual, personal touch

A symbiosis between the Clamex P-14 and Noll Werkstätten projects

Stefan Basset, master cabinet maker and technical project manager, accompanies us on the spectacular guided tour through the Noll Werkstätten workshop. "For us, Lamello connectors are great aids in woodworking, helping us to create beautiful things," says Stefan. "It is a great pleasure to see the unique pieces of furniture we have designed on site with the customer. Especially when it comes to tailored furniture, selecting and using the right connectors is an exciting challenge for me. That's what I love about my work."

Stefan mills the Lamello connectors quickly and easily using the Zeta P2. Lamello connectors also offer numerous other advantages. The Clamex P-14 connector remains virtually invisible in the finished piece of furniture, as only a small access hole is required. The individual frame elements can be easily joined with each other thanks to the precise edge milling with the Zeta P2.

Reception desk with a new look thanks to Clamex P-14 connectors

A white, sled-shaped reception desk was constructed for the customer, a community dental practice. "Producing the reception desk was a big challenge, especially because of its shape. When assembly involves several parts that lock together, you usually need a third hand to hold the individual parts. This is where the Clamex P-14 comes in. It allows the positioning of two or more components and thus connects and stabilises the components together in no time at all," Stefan tells us.

From the P-System connector family, the Divario, Clamex P-14 / 10 Flexus and the Tenso for gluing have also established themselves at Noll Werkstätten. The well-known Lamello system with the original wooden biscuit is not only a rarity in showcases but still finds its place in many workpieces today. In addition to the Zeta P2 biscuit joiner and the Lamello P-System, the CNC machine was also used for this purpose. This made it possible to connect the different curved surface parts efficiently.
