Assembling large cabinets alone

Wardrobes are true storage space wonders. However, custom-made individual pieces are not always easy to transport. Here we show how this can be done in an assembly-friendly way, even with only one person.

How it works

Flatpack workpiece delivery with pre-assembled connector..
Place furniture side on base. The element is correctly positioned by the protruding screw.
Join furniture elements with cordless drill and Cabineo tool.
Easy, fast working with preset torque approx. 2.5 Nm.
Position top and push towards the furniture side.
Screw front corner in place with a cordless drill. This makes one-man assembly easy.
After the assembly, insert the intermediate shelves with the Cabineo screw turned back and fix them in the desired positions.
Tip for the assembly: Insert shelf support and attach the Cabineo on the opposite side.
If required, use cover caps on the Cabineo.
