Our roots: Looking back. Thinking ahead.

Our roots: Looking back. Thinking ahead.

We are proud of our more than 50-year history. At the same time, we are looking ahead and continuously developing.

Since the beginning of Lamello's history, the pursuit of new insights, continuous improvements and system solutions have been at the heart of Lamello.

Hermann Steiner is the founder of Lamello, who launched his revolutionary idea, the wooden biscuit, in 1955. How it all started

Every milestone starts with an idea. However, defining or even revolutionary ideas don't just come about like that. It is only through many years of practical knowledge and intensive development work together with our customers that we have been able to constantly come up with new solutions, and in so doing decisively shape the market for wood joining technology and woodworking to this day.
