Integration of the P-System into networked production

P-System introduction

The P‐System connectors Clamex P, Tenso P and Divario P can be easily integrated with digital planning and milled into the workpieces with CNC machining technology. 

Whether nesting or console CNC machines with 3, 4 or 5 axes, our CNC partners offer optimal solutions for milling the P‐System profile groove.

Lamello recommends making all profile grooves with a disc cutter, primarily for reasons of precision, durability, milling time and economic efficiency. A shaft tool or contour miller cutter should only be used for the milling of surfaces if no angle aggregate is available.
