The Zeta P2 biscuit joiner with its integrated vertical mechanical drive produces a positive-locking P-System groove in seconds. Once plunged into the material, the vertical mechanical drive automatically triggers and executes an axial milling movement for the P-System groove. The design and application of the machine are based on the proven Lamello system with precise stops. It therefore offers the same advantages: high processing quality for perfect precision, no depth adjustments between the processing of the two workpieces and lateral play of the joining elements which drives the vertical movement. With the Zeta P2 biscuit joiner and the associated P-System connectors, quick adjustment is possible for angle joints. The automatic vertical mechanical drive is reliable, fully mechanical and low-wear. It consists of high-precision turned parts from Lamello, creates an eddy current and connects workpieces quickly, aesthetically and at all angles. The P-System depth adjuster enables lightning-fast rotation for setting different depths for the P-System joining elements: 10, 12, 14, 15 or 18. In addition to the P-System application, the Zeta P2 can be used as a standard biscuit joiner for use with wooden slats. The use of the Zeta P2 biscuit joiner in combination with a CNC machining centre is even more efficient. Positioning holes are made on the CNC machining centre, which give the Zeta P2, equipped with positioning pins, the exact position for groove milling on a surface or an edge.
