A few weeks after the visit, we receive an email from the company owner in which he presents his latest masterpiece - a bench made of solid oak, naturally joined with Clamex P-14 connectors! "For the love of wood", as Mr Brüggemann adds during the company tour. And you can feel this after just a few minutes in the bench room. The carpenters, Pascal Beck and Duane Roper, are currently working on many different workpieces where they are milling the profile groove with the Lamello Zeta P2 manual machine. They are fascinated by the ease of use of the machine and the efficiency that the P-System brings. Mr Brüggemann adds: "The use and processing of these ingenious fittings and machines has become indispensable in our company".

The Clamex P-14 is used in particular for cabinets, carcasses, panelling and furniture construction. The detachable fastener impresses in terms of function and aesthetics (smallest operating opening), which is essential for the company. "And the price-performance ratio is also right, which is an important aspect for us as a small company," adds the company owner. With the introduction of the P-System, many previous fittings have been replaced in the company, as the new connector allows them to work easily, quickly and efficiently. The Divario P-18 connector is also used for shelves or partitions, as these can simply be slid into a fully connected carcase at a later date.

The company has also been using the Tenso P-14 with pre-tensioning function for several months and is surprised by the ease of use and the time saved during the gluing process. The fitting is used in particular for plinth applications.

During our meeting, we also learn of many new application ideas for the connectors from Lamello AG. We quickly sketch, mill and discuss possible solutions.
