The Cabineo 12 is a one-piece cabinet connector that uses drilling or milling processes, whereby only the surface needs to be machined. No need for edge drilling holes for a dowel. Thanks to this feature, machining is possible on all CNC machining centres, including simple 3-axis machines and nesting machines. The one-piece Cabineo is pressed into the drilling or milling either in the workshop or on site after transportation. During assembly, the pre-assembled, slightly protruding screw is positioned in the drill hole opposite. Using a cordless drill and the Cabineo bit, the screw is screwed into the 5 mm hole of the counterpart and the workpieces are connected quickly and powerfully. Compared to a cam connector, the Cabineo 12 impresses with its more efficient processing and faster assembly. It is also distinguished by a high clamping force without the additional use of wooden dowels. The Cabineo connector offers considerable advantages in the manufacturing, transportation and assembly process. This means that the CNC connector can already be securely mounted in workpieces during the production process. The workpieces can then be stacked as flat packs for transportation, without protruding parts that could damage the workpieces. This also eliminates the fabrication and the additional logistical outlay involved in a separate hardware bag. There are no loose parts of fittings that need to be installed during the final assembly. A white or a black housing may be more suitable, depending on the colour of the material used. If the Cabineo is to be concealed, cover caps are available in 12 different colours.
The Cabineo offers three installation options:
